WhizzNotes is a free study site for NSW students from Year 4 to Year 12. It covers HSC Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics Advanced and Mathematics Extension 1, and maths for the NSW selective school test. Every note is free to read, with no adverts.
Who writes the notes
The WhizzNotes team writes and checks every chapter. We write for a student who is learning a topic alone, so we use short sentences and plain words, explain each new word the first time it comes up, and show every step of a worked example.
How the notes follow the syllabus
- The HSC books follow the current NSW syllabuses. Each book starts with the Year 10 basics, then goes through the Year 11 and Year 12 modules in order.
- The selective school book follows the topics of the NSW Selective High School Placement Test, for Year 4 to 6.
- HSC practice questions are written after studying hundreds of recent NSW school trial papers, so they ask what the HSC asks. The questions are new, never copied from a paper.
WhizzNotes is not part of NESA or the NSW Department of Education.
